Provide a full diagnosis of the customers’ vehicle, determining the extent of damage or malfunction. Follow company policy checklist to ensure all important parts are examined; create work procedures using technical manuals, computerized diagnosis, and manufacturer specifications. Highly trained in the automotive industry including multiple ASE Certifications. Must have good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
