Brake Masters® Lifetime Warranty Information

Brake Masters® Lifetime Brake Warranty, applies brake shoes and disc pads for non-commercial passenger and light duty vehicles only, for as long as the customer owns the vehicle. The brake shoes and disc brake pads will be considered worn out when the lining`s minimum wearable thickness is less than the manufacturer`s specifications.

Brake Masters® also provides a Lifetime Warranty that covers new master cylinders, wheel cylinders, brake hoses, CV boots, axles and U-Joints.

Brake Masters® warrants brake drums, disc brake rotors, rebuilt master cylinders and rebuilt calipers for 90 days from the date of repair.

Brake Masters® warrants all labor for 90 days from the date of repair.

Brake work performed on 3/4-ton vehicles and larger, as well as vehicles used for commercial and or other business purposes, is warranted for parts and labor for 90 days from the date of repair.

Except as specified above or otherwise noted on the customer’s invoice, Brake Masters® warrants all other parts for one year from the date of repair. Where applicable, lifetime warranties supplied by the manufacturers on certain rebuilt or reconditioned parts, which are installed by Brake Masters®, will be passed on to the customer. There is no warranty used or customer supplied parts.

During the appropriate warranty period, Brake Masters® will replace parts that become damaged, defective or worn out at no charge. The customer will be required to pay current labor prices in effect at the time for the installation of warranted parts.

Customer is responsible for applicable state tax charged on lifetime warranty brake pad and /or shoe replacement parts.

Any additional parts or labor not covered under warranty that may be required to return the brake system or other systems and components to proper working condition will be the responsibility of the customer.

This warranty does not cover conditions resulting from abuse, accidents, vandalism or by defects and excessive wear caused by the customer`s failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance to ensure a sound braking system for the vehicle. Repairs performed by others on the same parts or systems as work performed by Brake Masters® immediately voids the warranty.

In order to honor this warranty, a copy of your invoice or sales receipt must be presented to Brake Masters® when you bring your vehicle in for a warranty covered repairs.
