First time visitor to Brake Masters. It was a great first time visit, I took my wife's vehicle to get her brakes checked thinking that they need to be replaced because she's been hearing squeaking noise from her brakes. I find out that her brakes are still in good condition the technician showed me the front and back brake pads, he also told me that the reason for the squeaking the brakes are making is because of all the dust storms that we've been experiencing here in El Paso, all that dust gets into the brakes pads. He cleaned the brake pads for me and put them back on and came back and told me that I was all set I shouldn't hear anymore squeaking sounds. Thx Brake Masters.

Friendly Service and Quality Work!

Brake Masters did a great job on my oil change and brake fluid flush. It took a little while, but the service was solid and they clearly know what they’re doing. Everyone was really friendly and helpful, which made the wait easier.

I also liked that they have a bunch of coupons online—definitely a plus if you’re trying to save a bit. Overall, I’d go back. They do good work and treat you well.

Absolutely love this place. Curtis is amazing and the work he does is spot on. He does everything he says and a little more. With the price and service they do is exceptionally great. I have 3 vehicles and they all go to him and his crew. I’ve done transmission flushes, AC repairs, full ball joint replacements, and oil changes with him. Great guy to work with.

Great service from Curtis McDaniel, Store Manager, as soon as you walk in, you can tell he takes great pride in his store, good atmosphere, very clean, and comfy chairs while you wait.
