We traveled to Tucson from out of state when our "Change the oil soon" came on. We were pressed to be at the hospital so the manager had one his employees take us to the hospital while they changed the oil. We were able to meet the doctors on time and when they completed the job, they went back to the hospital to pick us up and back to the store!! Thank you Brake Masters! That is service at its best!!

I drove from Oregon on the 11th of Aug. we got as far as Goodyear and my truck started to miss fire. We pulled off the freeway and got a tow to the Ford dealership in Goodyear. They said that they fixed the issue, and we finished our trip to Tucson. My truck started to do the same thing with the miss fire, so when I arrived in Tucson, I took it to Break Masters on Broadway and Campbell. They did a lot of tests and found that one of the coils was bad. I got my truck back in good time and it is running great. The team at the shop did a great job and found things the dealer either missed or neglected as well. I am very pleased with the service and professionalism of the staff and this has got to be the cleanest auto shop I have ever seen.
