Called at 9am for brake replacement, got in at 10am. They did an amazing job! So friendly, efficient and thorough! They ended up performing additional services that I knew were due and did it all at a reasonable rate!! Thank you so much!
We, my family and I, have been bringing our cars to Break Masters for many years. From our Dodge Grand Caravan to our two cars we have now, my 2004 Honda CR-V to my wife's 2004 Honda Pilot. They did my rear breaks a few months ago and did a great job. They kept me informed as they worked on it. They were very honest and honored the price they quoted me. I also love the fact that they have a Master Mechanic on site. They worked on my wife's Pilot, it hasn't ran for 6 months to a year. Catalytic Converter out, plus battery, radiator, gas tank needed to be cleaned ect... They laid everything out exactly what they found and how they were going to fix it. They did just what they said they would. I've found the people at Break Masters to be Honorable, Honest, and they have Integrity. I know that our cars are in good hands there. This is a great repair shop. I always take my car to them before I drive cross country. They tune everything up, do a multi-point inspection, can repair anything that needs fixing, but never charge when nothing is needed. They're honest people, kind, and fair.

I needed a new condenser for my AC system. They were fair, called back when they said they would, and took customer service seriously. This was the shop on Hollywood, I cant speak for others, but Alonso and Timothy (i think) were great to work with. Got my AC running fast! Thanks, guys!!
