Even though I have used Brake Masters for years to do brake work on my vehicles, I was unaware of how extensive their other mechanical work is. I now have all my mechanical work done at this shop. Michael, the manager, is both knowledgeable and honest. They do only the work that needs to be done and charge a reasonable price for it. I recommend this business highly!

I highly recommend the Ahwatukee location of Brake Masters. Brian, is the manager and very good at his job. He is friendly and he accommodated a same day appt. for a full 4 pad brake replacement and 2 rotors. He matched the quote price I received from my CarAdvice membership at a local competitor! The store is clean and organized. I will visit anytime I need repairs on my vehicles.

My Chevy Spark was having some issues and one place told me I needed a whole new transmission, but I was referred to Brake Masters by a friend. After taking my car over for a free inspection, Brian and Michael were very helpful and let me know the transmission was not an issue but there were a few other maintenance issues I could use. After getting new spark plugs and a few other things my Spark runs amazingly!! I will definitely continue further services with them.Edit: I also want to add I have no knowledge on cars, both Brian and Michael explained the issues to me so I would understand. Very honest people!!

Have used this location more than once and have consistently rcv’d great service, fast turn around time & fair & honest pricing. In fact, just dropped the car off to them the other day thinking it needed front brake job; turns out rear brakes just needed adjustment. Bottom line, could’ve zapped me but didn’t - 5 stars

Update:Although I had an issue at first, Brian made it right. I’ve been coming to Break Masters a few years now, never had issues. The trust is definitely there in the work and customer service. They usually have no problem getting you in and out the same day!
