I have been to this Brake Masters for 5 years up to this present date they have performed very well with customer service and the expert mechanics here. I had brakes done, AC service, thermostat service, oil change, tire rotations. I have 3 vehicles that come here for from oil changes or etc. They are awesome I have not have any issues with any the work they do.
I useally leave my vehicles here and let them have the time to work on them without rushing them. They are honest they are up front with you. So the only thing I want to tell the owner and manager countuie what you all have been doing always be honest keep your workers happy and most of all don't let your shop fall apart and become that shop that used to be good and became poor on service and customer service. Thank you for what all of you do here I see it everytime I come here to get services. Please let all your employees thank you for what they do for us. Its important that they know they are appreciated. Keep up the great work 5 star services. Customers be patient this shop cares and do thier best to get your car worked on. This was my first time here, so I was not sure how it would go. I had my rear brakes changed and an oil change. What I didn't like is that I was given a very expensive quote for suspension work, my tire air light suddenly came on though it has never been on before, and I was missing an tire valve cap...

Great place and staff. They were able to install an aftermarket exhaust and difficult mudflap install (needed to remove rear wheels) by my request, despite being a maintenance/service focused shop. Also the previous oil change went smooth here too. Trustworthy and well communicated experience here. Austin up front was great and mechanics did quality work. Will return for future needs.
