I had a great first experience here! The team was fast, knowledgeable and thorough with the inspection I came in for. They were extremely helpful and their prices seem very reasonable. They did the brake inspection for free and then I ended up paying $55 to have them clean and adjust my rear drum brakes. They were not pushy to sell me things I didn't need and I felt very comfortable there. Thanks guys! 🙂

I had such a great experience at Brake Masters on Green Valley that I felt I needed to leave a review. Like many people, I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to auto repair shops. It’s hard to know who to trust, and after a previous shop told us we needed brakes right away at a pretty high price, we were hesitant and wanted a second opinion.
After reading the reviews for Brake Masters locations around Henderson and Las Vegas, one name kept coming up, Jerel, the store manager at the Green Valley location. His shop had some of the best ratings in the area, so we decided to stop in for a brake inspection and oil change.
From the moment we walked in, the professionalism stood out. Jerel, his assistant manager Jeremy, and the entire technician team were welcoming, knowledgeable, and extremely transparent. Even though the shop was very busy, they were able to squeeze us in quickly and kept us informed the entire time.
What impressed us the most was the honesty. After inspecting the vehicle, they told us we actually did not need brakes at all, despite what another shop had recommended. That kind of honesty is rare these days and immediately earned our trust.
The shop itself is incredibly clean and well organized, and you can tell it’s run with pride. On the wall you can see Jerel’s achievements and certifications, including a plaque recognizing him as Store Manager of the Year 2025, which clearly reflects the level of service he provides and the team he leads.
The attention to detail, the clear explanations, and the positive atmosphere made the entire experience feel comfortable and trustworthy.
If you’re looking for a place that values honesty, professionalism, and quality service, I highly recommend stopping by and seeing Jerel, Jeremy, and their amazing team. They truly deserve the recognition.
