I bought used car and brought it to Breakmaster to have them work on it. Both Felicia and Tyler were outstanding. My car was vibrating and they spent hours looking to correct it. We were able to correct and replace items that were not installed correctly and now I feel safe driving the car thanks to their patience and really talking such good care of the car. Highly recommend this shop!

I made an appointment for a synthetic oil change. Brakemasters was running a $49 special. Upon my arrival, Tyler was very receptive & I was given immediate attention.A thorough oil change was performed that included a diagnosis to troubleshoot potential problems. Tyler recommended a brake fluid flush. But he didn't try to upsell his services. He also examined my tires even though they do not provide tire service.The final price on these "specials" is usually higher due to unexpected add ons. But I was pleasantly surprised when the bill was for the advertised price.I recommend Brakemasters for all automotive services. Their prices are reasonable & the customer service is very impressive.Thank you, Tyler!

So for those of you who have been coming to this location during the last year or so as I have know about Al and James. James is no longer working at this location and Al only works on Monday’s and Tuesday’s as he is semi retired now. Shawn Cheney is the new manager and Bian Reynolds is the assistant manager. They appear to be very professional and the honest reliable service I have always experienced appears to be intact.I have a 2004 Chevy Colorado and yes I have been the only owner of it. All the parts are original so after almost 16 years of wear and tear I expect almost anything to go wrong with it at this point...LOL!!! I went today (May 31 2019) for a radiator replacement but Shawn’s mechanic found out I also needed a AC Pressure hose and an AC condenser. The AC issues didn’t shock me because my AC has been acting kind of funny for the past couple of months however the price was a bit steep to fix it all.Here is the thing with me though I don’t really haggle about price when it comes to my Truck and SUV because living in Arizona requires you have fully functioning forms of transportation. So with that being said what choice do I really have right? While I don’t expect any issues with this particular visit I will update this review once I actually drive my truck and evaluate the actual repairs.UPDATE: The A/C has been working FLAWLESSLY for 2 years now...so once again Brake Masters Delivers!!!!UPDATE 6/18/2021...Greg, the new assistant manager has kept the honest approach alive at this location. He does however needs all the help he can get...LOL...he really does an awesome job with a limited staff in fact the day I visited it was just him and one other employee running the entire shop.UPDATE 8/4/2023...Felicia is the new manager at this location now and the beat goes on. Honest, reliable, and very pleasant to talk to. I will continue to bring my trucks here for any service I need.

Took my 2016 Ram Promaster City in for front and rear wheel alignment. The work was quoted with their standard competitive price of 129.00, with the caveat of a potential increase if they discovered non-standard issues. I was super pleased! They did a great job on the alignment and paid only the quoted price. Tyler the service rep. was very knowledgeable, informative, thorough, and an all around pleasant guy while answering my many questions. This Brake Masters location has great pricing and the quality of their work has earned my trust. I will be taking all three of my vehicles to serviced here.

Why would anyone go to Brake Masters for COMPLETE Auto care?? Because Felicia at the Scottsdale and Sheal location is a true Gem! More knowledge than any one mechanic or service advisor I have worked with in 30 years. Kind and thoughtful and True to her word. All the service techs respect her and are happy to work there! How often does that happen? Service techs do a great job under her leadership. Dont hesitate. Prices are right and work is excellent!
