Why would anyone go to Brake Masters for COMPLETE Auto care?? Because Felicia at the Scottsdale and Sheal location is a true Gem! More knowledge than any one mechanic or service advisor I have worked with in 30 years. Kind and thoughtful and True to her word. All the service techs respect her and are happy to work there! How often does that happen? Service techs do a great job under her leadership. Dont hesitate. Prices are right and work is excellent!

Great service. I was told by the Lexus dealer about 8 months ago that my brake pads were close to needing replacement and had 6mm on all wheels. 4-5 is caution zone. Brakemasters checked them and said the front was 5mm and the back was 8mm. They were honest and saved me money. When they did their inspections, they noticed that the front tie rod sockets were very badly worn, I had them replaced those. My total bill including front brakes and new tie rods was about the same price that Lexus dealer estimated as the minimum price for just a brake job, I will use brake master at 20630 N Scottsdale Rd for future repairs. Car steers better and seems to ride more smoothly, and the brakes are great again!
