My experience with Brake Masters #215 in Queen Creek has been very positive from the start! I was greeted by a young gentleman as soon as I pulled in and was assisted immediately. Also, Jeff, has been incredibly helpful, professional, and insightful around my vehicle repairs. He communicates clearly and also guided me on being able to make a claim on services to my tires that resulted in a cross threading of one of the wheel studs. His assistance and professionalism has been refreshing and has allowed an otherwise stressful situation to be handled with ease. I took my son’s Volkswagen Jetta in here to be checked for brakes. They were so helpful and honest! The car didn’t need brakes but it did need a new oil pan replacement. I felt so comfortable at this location, as a female it’s hard to know who to trust in this business. Extremely happy to find a good reputable mechanic with no agenda or upselling! Brake Masters # 215 in Queen Creek are wonderful. They take the time to explain what they are doing to your vehicle. Won't charge you for parts and labor for stuff you don't need,but will let you know if they see things that need maintenance or replaced. I don't know about anyone else but I greatly appreciate that.
