This is the second time O have been here. The first time was during to my mother's tail light being out. The dealership was going to charge around $225 to fix it. I went there, hoping someone could check it out the mechanic said he would, and I waited poss 20 minutes and it was completely diagnosed. It was electrical and they told me the name of part, that it would cost $20 to but at dealership and they would install it for the same amount. They were kind and to the point... no hassle because of that, I knew I would go in to see them when my mothers brakes started grinding.
I called and I spoke with one of the mechanics. Their concern for her brakes were sincere and with my work schedule, it needed to be done but made it hard for me to get there earlier. They accommodated me and my schedule. When I went it, I had an idea of the cost, from a dealership standpoint. They were able to see what needed complete replacement, which was almost all! They were able to have a price significantly less, and were very quick in giving me a quote. Because of this being my moms car, they were able to get her on a plan for brakes. She was initially freaked by pruce( my father took care of this all), but they worked amazingly well with me. They calmed my nerves and got her on a car lifetime warranty plan. I cannot say enough kind things about their professionalism, fairness, and consideration. This is the place she will be going to, as well as myself.
In each situation I experienced different managers and car mechanics and all were just as fair to the whole that cam in Md those that called. This place is too notch! Real car mechanics!!! Thank you!!🙏🏽
