Revised from below. They have improved. While a far more affordable option than a dealer's maintenance and repair shop, this location's service has declined over the last 8 years. Today I took my vehicle in and I tell them I think I probably need brakes, the attendant tells me you had them done in 2021. I come back to pick up my car, have my ride drive away and he says here's the status you need brakes done ... You only had the front brakes done in 2021. Well wasn't I saying that I probably needed brake work when I made my appointment for oil & filter and other work?. So instead of recognizing a goof and apologizing or being friendly about it he just says well at least you can sit here in an air conditioned room ..but with the tv blasting at full volume. And forever to read my records, can't find my vehicle even though I've been a frequent customer and bringing up an old car telling me my last oil change was in 2004. And then I asked for tire rotation but mentioned i wasn't sure when I had gotten my new tires...so they just didn't bother to rotate them, no mention if I want them rotated I should call and confirm it. His explanation , we aren't tire people, you have to request us to rotate your tires. I mean really we all have our strengths and weaknesses but customer service should have a little interest, respect and professionalism. Clearly they're so overworked or so disinterested that they could care less if they keep their custom

I have continued to see this shop for both my Suburban and Tacoma. Started with them just for brakes because I was sick of getting the runaround by the corporate garages always up charging. Since my first review, they stood by their lifetime break warranty and replaced pads on my truck at no cost (And absolute zero hassle). More importantly, they Absolutely nailed a big project replacing the entire front suspension for our suburban. Drives like a brand new truck and over 100K miles. I knew they were competent and did not even think of getting a second opinion despite the obvious cost. Very happy I found Will and his team at this garage!

Returning customer here. These guys are super knowledgeable, honest and the most affordable I have found. So much so that I decided to return to them (45min drive from home) instead of finding someone locally. The store manager is such an awesome guy and the techs are not only amazing, but funny too. If you're lucky you may get a free karaoke show ;). Not that morale matters to the customer per say, but it appears this team is happy, which speaks for itself in their industry, and matters to me. Thanks for getting me safely back on the road again guys, until next time 10/10 recommend coming to see them.
