Had an emergent issue with my daughter's car. Other places were not able to do it due to the type of vehicle.They got me in right away, finished it quickly, and done right. Considering it is a Mercedes, I also thought the price they charged was fair as any M repair is basically a license to steal. Thanks.

I had a serious problem with a wheel that almost came off while driving on the freeway. I was referred to this location from a Discount Tire down the street. I called and spoke to Ryan. He said if I could get the car to him, they would take a look and see what it would take to correct. I had to have the car towed and when I arrive at this location, I meet Ryan when I walked in. He explained the process and he was there to answer all my questions. For the work that was done, I thought the price was very reasonable. The whole staff at Brake Master #169 was great and helped me through a very difficult day. I will be using a Brake Masters near me for all my future auto needs...Thanks Ryan and Brake Masters #169

I purchased tires that morning and went in for what I thought would be just an alignment. They took my Tahoe in immediately and after some inspection Ryan came out and provided me with the information they found. He provided me with his professional opinion that my rack and pinion was about shot and suggested it to be replaced. Ryan gave me a couple options and worked with me.Very honest, up front and turned out a quality product that I am totally satisfied with………HIGHLY RECOMMEND!This will now be my go to garage.

I love this place! The people here are genuine, and don't try to nickel and dime you. I've been going here for a few years now, and they never try to upsell me on anything. I was driving to San Diego on a Saturday, and was having some transmission error issues, and they spent time on the phone with me to try and get me some help even though there weren't any Brake Masters in that area. I trust that they have my best interest at heart.
