Went in Yesterday and Today for 2 different vehicles. Both times I've had the pleasure of working with Isaiah in the front. Absolutely the best guy to explain what needs to be done with your vehicle. My first vehicle needed extensive work done, because it hadn't been maintained. Isaiah explained things to me and answered my questions in a friendly, professional manner. Never once did he seem annoyed or bothered with my repetitive questions. He made me feel comfortable with getting my car worked on there and confident that I made the right choice in choosing them. I had several workers going and assessing my vehicle, but my paper work showed Surah was the mechanic. Afterwards when my vehicle was ready Isaiah said that they would top of my fluids and check them for me since I had mentioned another concern upon checkout. Surah came and did that for me and he was just as friendly as Isaiah. I definitely recommend them, I will definitely be back, which i did today for my other vehicle needing a car battery.. I missed my scheduled appointment because of my battery. But they still got me in fast and I was out within an hour, with a new battery. Thank you guys for getting my vehicles back in top shape.

Had a great experience with their services recently. I had AC issues in my car and in this AZ heat that is a health issue. Originally I was quoted for a $2K+ repair to my AC without the mechanic doing a proper diagnosis and I felt that couldn't be right. I was advised by a friend to go to them and I am really glad I did. They fixed my AC issues for a fraction of what I was quoted when they could have tried gouging me like others. They have earned my trust and will have my repeat business going forward.

The front brakes stopped working on my truck and luckily the Maricopa location was next door to where I was. Will was a great help and allowed me to park my truck while waiting to diagnose the next day. Diagnosis found one of the front calipers were leaking. I purchased a complete front brake kit from Powerstop (no warranty for customer supplied parts) Brake masters performed a complete brake system flush and installed the kit I purchased in a timely manner. I am happy with all of the work that was done and plan to be a repeat customer in the future.

Brought my finances vehicle in for an oil change. Had a small mishap where the skid plate wasn’t fully secured and ended up being damaged because of. James the shop GM reached out personally to remedy the situation within a day and installed a brand new skid plate. Excellent customer service.Edit 06/19/24: Will not be taking any more vehicles here. Had the time this week to change the oil myself. It should not have taken a 3/4 drive ratchet, breaker bar, and use of the jack lifting the breaker bar to get the oil drain plug to break loose. Why are the techs even torquing them that much? Just glad it didn’t get stripped out.

Dropped my car off a few hours early for a full brake inspection and the inspection was completed early with a correct diagnosis. The dealership did a full brake inspection but couldn't identify the issue like Brake Masters could. The price was very fair and I've had no issues since the fix. Friendly customer service, recommend to anyone looking for honest work.

I’ve always had a great experience at this shop. It’s always the same people there, which means they’re doing something right where are you go to other shops in town and the turnover is high. Mainly used for oil changes, but they’re honest with what might be wrong with the vehicle. And they’re not trying to sell you something you don’t need.

I bought an older truck awhile back and have taken it in to these guys several times for all the surprise issues that come with a used vehicle. They've been able to diagnose pretty much everything and get the truck back on the road after repairs. There was a one-off the other day when my son called me from Maricopa to tell me that the recently installed O2 sensor had fallen off while driving, and when he popped the hood it looked like it may have been cross threaded. I called Antonio at the Queen Creek location that I had it serviced at, and he let me know he'd reach out to the store in Maricopa to have them make the necessary repairs at no cost. They had the truck done within hours, not days like most places. There was immediate attention and rectification of the problem. I've been burned by auto shops in the past, whether over-pricing or dishonesty. Brake Masters in Queen Creek has always been very transparent and honest with me and my vehicles. They really know what customer service means. And yes they are a little pricey compared to the "I-know-a-guy" deals out there, but honestly who isn't costly nowadays? They stand behind their work, and they are worth the cost for their quality of service.Antonio, Dave, and Brandon, thank you guys for all you do. My wife phoned me this past Monday, on top of a very busy day both for her and my self, her car began overheating , and we all know, that’s not a good way to start the week, on top of that she’s transporting our kids on a very hectic school day, and if you live here in Maricopa, you know exactly what happened that Monday, chaos in the neighborhood right, so anyhow, my first response is who can I call to get this car serviced, I’ve heard so many complaints about almost every shop here in town, but I call the one place that’s been around for decades, and one which I’ve dealt with many years, and their response is , “yeah I don’t think I can get it looked at until Friday, I’m not sure when my tech is going to be in, but you can drop it off, but like I said I don’t think we’ll be able to take a look at it until Friday” so I then remember there’s a new shop bin town, so I give them a ring and first response is bring bit in we’ll check it out, of course if you want something done right there has to be a diagnostic check and have the professionals do their thing, within a couple of hours I have my vehicle back, the problem fixed and of course there were some recommendations, and we’ll it’s up the the vehicle owner to decide if they want to go ahead with extra repairs but there was no push, very friendly faces, and professional technicians ready to service your vehicle , so just want to throw it out there, if you want things done right and not have to wait all week for a repair, we’ll, I highly recommend Break Masters, these guys are here to do what they do best, and it won’t break the bank either, but just remember you really get what you pay for, if you know someone else who can do it cheaper, it doesn’t mean they’re doing it right.
