I’ve been to a couple brake masters for oil changes and brakes, but this one is definitely the best location. The manager Lori is really great and goes above and beyond for her customers. I’ve been to this specific location a few times now and I prefer to go here over anywhere else. They have competitive pricing and genuinely seem to care about your vehicle condition. I’ve had bad experiences with Jiffy Lube and other In-N-Out service places but brake Masters is different.

It was an unexpected, wonderful experience upon meeting the facility manager Lori.
I took a chance and entered the facility looking to ask a question about a squeaking sound whenever I would brake.
Lori immediately walked towards me, extended her hand and introduced herself. By that gesture alone personalized the experience.
She asked how she could help me which allowed me to began sharing what I was experiencing with my car. She posed additional questions and asked whether I had time for her team to take a look. I said yes and agreed.
Lori returned to share what was discovered. However, she began by saying the problem was not yet a safety issue, which eased my nerves, but suspected it was an annoyance issue, which I responded by agreeing to that assessment.
She began explaining the operational issues regarding the components of the braking system allowing me to decide my next step. She reviewed the costs associated with the repair and other relevant information.
What made the unexpected experience a model for extraordinary customer service was her willingness to take her time answering my questions and concerns.
It's not the first time I've had brakes replaced. It was the first a person took the time to explain the process so thoroughly.
And, yes, I did have my brakes repaired on that day.
