I normally don’t do reviews, but our experience was definitely worthy of at LEAST a 5 star review. Lori, the manager, was very upfront and honest all the way through the process. We ended up having to bring it back in a second time for an additional issue, and she made things right. Our car is running great, and smoother than it has ever been! We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. It is hard to find a trustworthy shop these days, and they definitely earned our trust and business. Thanks again!

I had an excellent experience with this brake shop from start to finish. I’m originally not from Arizona I am currently working here—so finding a trustworthy place was really important to me, and this shop exceeded my expectations.

The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and truly cared about providing top-quality service. What stood out the most was the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. They took the time to explain everything about my brakes, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way.

The service was efficient, honest, and fairly priced, which is hard to find these days. You can tell this shop values integrity and customer satisfaction. My vehicle feels safe and drives perfectly now, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

The team and management at this location are very knowledgeable and detail oriented. They had me taken care of same day for complete brake replacement. Put two techs in it go get the turn around quicker. I recommend them to anyone looking for good brakes services and auto maintenance. Shawn and the team will take care of you.

Great customer service, I needed a lot of work done on my 🚗 car. It was expensive but they found me coupons and gave a bit of a discount! The work was finished in a timely manner and I've been going to the same location for years and never have had a problem where "one thing is fixed then another thing goes wrong" with this shop. Thanks 👍

My latest visit also 5 star rating. Lori got me in quickly to change out a headlight. Reasonably priced and always the best customer service. Thanks again, Lori and the crew! 👏

Friendly great service the only place I will take my vehicle to from now on I witnessed their integrity First hand, a customer came in with a rattling noise from the back of his vehicle he could not locate they took his vehicle and checked it out They tightened up a loose boat and sent him on his way. No charge hard to find a honest mechanic these days. Lori has great customer service skills and she’s upfront with you. And I appreciate that thank you again for your wonderful service and My wife and I will be back for further service at this location.

From bakes squeaking really bad. Went in the manager that helped me. She was absolutely 100 point on key. Did me outstanding and correct by letting me know that it wasn't my pads that were making the noise. I recently have moved out to a property where I'm getting a lot of dirt, sand and does in the wheel wells in sand crawling it to squeak?. She had the opportunity to tell me. Yeah the pads were bad. You need the rotors turn blah blah blah but she was very honest and let me know that my pads were good and I appreciate right master so much. I've been going to break masters. I have to think back because it's since 2015 somewhere around there and every time I go they just do me. Awesome. Thank you so much for being a great honest establishment. Honest people hard working doesn't get any better. Thank you
