Called because the Brake Masters location I had repairs done at had a phone issue. Even though my questions regarding the previous work was completed at a different shop he took the time to look up my account and answered all of my questions. Not a customer and killer customer service.

On Thursday, I took my car to the BrakeMasters on Baseline when my car started making grinding noises as I applied the brakes. It was a very stressful day for me, because I use my car for work. I wasn’t sure if I could afford new brake pad/rotors but I had to take my car into the shop, before it got any worse. Laurie and Colin at BrakeMasters did an excellent job of letting me know exactly what was wrong with my car and even gave me a payment plan so it relieved some of the stress from my day. It took about 1-2 hours to finish the work on my car and it drove like a brand new car. Laurie and Colin had excellent customer service and I will definitely be back again because I can trust them to do a great job with my vehicle. I’m so grateful and thankful for them! 👍🏾🙏🏾

Lori is great! Reasonably priced. When another shop down the street couldn’t get me in until a week with outrageous prices, Lori got me in same day and there crew was able to fix my car same day. I use it for work so that’s a huge plus for me.

It’s been 4 years since my first visit to Brake Masters #151. I still choose to come to this location to get my repairs and maintenance done because of the exceptional service that I receive. I don’t visit often because they take such good care of my car, but Lori still remembers me each time and always greets me with a smile. The staff were incredibly polite and friendly during this visit, as always. Thank you, Brake Masters #151 team for the continued 5 star service.I had been putting off getting my brakes checked for awhile. The break pad noises were getting louder and I decided that I better get my car in today. I came in not long before closing time and they were happy to get me checked in anyway. Lori, the manager, assured me that it was no problem to stay a bit past closing, that my safety was more important. The lifetime warranty package is definitely a great value. Now I won't feel anxious when I hear the signals to bring my car in the next time, because I know that it will be affordable, quality work.

I was in desperate need of finding out what was wrong with my car. I had already changed out the battery but the red light flashing in the console still said to check the battery. I had called many places and they all said to bring it in tomorrow...accept for Brake Masters. They were waiting for me when I arrived. Ran the tests to see what was wrong and fixed it! I called a friend to pick me up so we could have lunch and when I returned it was ready to go! Thank you Brake Masters!
