I had to have some work done to the front end of my vehicle and I have an extended warranty. Lori was very knowledgeable in dealing with the insurance companies(which isn't easy I might add). Very impressed with communication and quality of work and work ethics from BrakeMasters. I wont go anywhere else!

Friendly great service the only place I will take my vehicle to from now on I witnessed their integrity First hand, a customer came in with a rattling noise from the back of his vehicle he could not locate they took his vehicle and checked it out They tightened up a loose bolt and sent him on his way. No charge hard to find a honest mechanic these days. Lori has great customer service skills and she’s upfront with you. And I appreciate that thank you again for your wonderful service and My wife and I will be back for further service at this location.

Lori is amazing she has been so helpful with any questions or concerns I’ve had for the past two years of coming to this place, she’s very knowledgeable and knows exactly what I mean. She is always nice and easy to talk too and gives it to me straight😊if it wasn’t for her my car would be a goner! I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else

I appreciate the honesty and help. Been there twice now and (the second time because they repaired a minor issue the first time without any upsell/fear mongering) they have not disappointed. If there is a major issue, they will give the bad news and consult as to the best course of action. But if a minor issue, they will repair quickly at a reasonable price and send you on your way.

I have used Brake Master for the last 15 years. They always do what they say they will do and at reasonable prices. A few times, I took my car to a dealer, they insisted certain things be done to the vehicle immediately. When I took it to them, they stated there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. I trust them with all our vehicles.

Update 6/2026
I can't believe it has been 3 years since I updated this review. Yes! My highest reccomendation remains unchanged. I have had several situations over the years where this team has came through time and again! I will never go to another auto service shop again. They have proven to be honest, trustworthy and perform quality work.
And, Lori is always friendly, professional and ready to take care of the customer's needs.

Update 09/23. Still loving my local repair shop!
Check engine light on. Dropped off and had a diagnostic performed. Auxiliary battery possibly under performing. Reset the light.
I am just always impressed at the honesty and integrity of the staff.
I highly recommend this shop in particular.
