I’ve been coming to this specific location for a couple years now. I was just there today because the dealership told me my brake fluid was low and out of spec. I called the shop and spoke to Bret. He told to bring the car in and they’ll check it out for me. Well I did. Dustin took care of me. He check to see if my brake pads were low by pulling off my tires and checked the quality of the brake fluid. I was told nothing was wrong and they weren’t going to unnecessarily charge me for a brake fluid flush. You don’t get more honest than that. On top of all this there was no charge.
This just reaffirms my decision to always bring my three vehicles here for service.
They have my trust and appreciation
If Dustin ever leaves this shop, I will look for a new location to take my business! Mike is now in charge and he’s great to deal with. I’m constantly satisfied with confidence the shop, their mechanics

Stopped here for an oil change, and was crazy impressed! Honest, kind workers didn’t try to pressure me into superfluous work done. It was sweet to listen to the manager help others who came into the store and as he answered phone calls. They got me right in and out for a really great price! I would recommend!

WOW!! No wonder why I keep going back. These guys know their stuff. Took in my minivan with issues I can’t describe and they fixed it all in record timing and explained things in great detail so I could understand. They have worked on 4 of my vehicles and I will always keep going back. Thanks guys!!! You are the BEST! And I mean that!

All staff were professional and friendly . They did an oil change and Michael let me know other important issues with my car and worked with me on a reasonable price in my budget range . I appreciated them knocking down a price instead of just charging me an arm and leg like most other shops . Highly recommend going to this Brake Masters on Higley Rd and Queen Creek Rd

I started coming here after Christian Bros tried to scam me twice. I was cautious. I pay much lass for oil changes here, the staff is kind and knowledgeable, and they are honest. I highly recommend Brake Masters at Queen Creek and Higley.

I stopped in here for some maintenance and had an excellent experience. Speed of service, pricing, and staff were all fantastic. I've lived in the area and didn't know these guys were here until just recently. Definitely the best experience I've had at an auto shop so far, and will be returning for future auto repair needs.
