I had to go for a sudden out-of-state visit by car and wanted to get it checked (i.e.; biennial maintenance check) before I left. With the iimited time on my hand, Alex bent over backwards to get me accomodated the same day in between two office meetings. He was so cooperative and reassuring that I made an appointment for my car oil change and A/C filter change after I returned to AZ.
And when I arrived, Juan at the counter was so polite and got me processed fast. And then, as icing on the cake, no charge for my regular maintenance!!! I was expecting to pay the usual amount (very reasonable) - but no charge. Of course, I can't expect every time 🙂 but it's so nice to get an unexpected freebie (which also induced me to make the appointment for the oil change).
Thank you Brakemaster # 155. You know how to keep your old customers happy and loyal. Please stay this way!

Great service and efficient employees! We went in today to get our brakes changed and spoke with Anthony and Michael, turned out the rotors needed to be replaced as well which was more then we expected, they helped us with alternative payment methods and were very friendly while we waited!
