I went for a maintenance checkup as usual and Anthony was really polite and professional and told me that I needed to remove and replace the engine mount, remove and replace the Stabilizer Bar Link and get a wheel alignment done. And for somebody like me who knows next to nothing about cars, he also numbered what needed to be done by priority and that was VERY helpful. And he explained why the items were listed in order of priority because ignoring it for too long might lead to undermining other car parts.
I got a printed estimate (tax not included) of the cost for each part, so I knew where I stood.
When I went back on a Friday to get the repairs done, it was Mike who took care of me and my car. Mike and Chris were both very friendly, professional, patient and reassuring. I was prepared to lose my car till at least the next day, but they reassured me it would take about two hours. And it did! I got my car back the same day! And the parts have a lifetime warranty.
