Absolutely phenomenal experience! Needed brakes done on the truck fast and they were able to squeeze me in same day as a walk in. The guy at the counter was 10/10 with his customer service, I wanted to steal him for sales at my own company. I didn’t interact with the guys doing the work but you could tell they were engaged, knew what they were doing and the truck cruises safely and smooth again. GO OHIO!

I was going to get charged a lot of money at a dealership so I decided that I was going to start calling around different places to get quotes. This was the first place I called and I didn’t call anymore after that. They were so helpful, so friendly, and they cut me a deal and stuck to their word even though they assessed my vehicle and it was going to need more work than what he originally quoted me. Plus, I added an oil change. I only ended up spending a little bit more than what I was quoted because I added the oil change.I will definitely be going back here again and again. I highly recommend this place for your car needs. I can’t remember the name of the person who helped me yesterday (I will call him being able to speak all languages rather than being able to talk to animals lol) , but you did an amazing job and you were very professional and funny and I’m really glad I decided to take my car to your store yesterday. Thank you again! 🤗

I’ve been taking my car to Brake Masters for oil changes for the past three years, and I’ve always been very happy with their service.
Yesterday, I went in for an oil change, but I arrived a little late because I was coming all the way from Scottsdale. One of the employees jokingly told me, “Well, you’re late, so now you’re going to have to wait about three hours.” 😂 I told him, “That’s okay, I can wait!” Luckily, he was just joking, because my car was ready in about 45 minutes!
I really appreciate the service and the friendly atmosphere. I definitely recommend Brake Masters for oil changes and other automotive services. I’ve had a great experience with them over the years.
Thank you, Brake Masters, for taking care of my car! 😊🚗

Great service today! The team quickly diagnosed an overheating issue and resolved a few other concerns. The car ran perfectly all day with zero temperature spikes. Save yourself time and skip the other shop in the same parking lot (went there first, review posted for them also) —this is the place to go!

I have been coming to this Break Masters for about about 6 or 7 years now for oil changes, there is one time I had to bring my car back after an oil change because it was leaking, but they fixed the problem as soon as I brought my car back. I do like coming here because they treat me well and they honor the coupons I get for a discount on the oil change. Thank you, Break Masters.

I had my 2020 Nissan Murano inspected at the dealership, but before authorizing the repairs, I wanted an independent second opinion. I'm so glad I came to Brake Masters #155.
They thoroughly inspected my vehicle and independently confirmed that my lower control arm was torn and separating. They also confirmed my rear brake pads were down to 4 mm and needed replacement. After completing the repairs, they performed the required wheel alignment and had my car back to me the same day.
I really appreciated their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to explain everything without any pressure. They confirmed what truly needed to be repaired, and their pricing was much more reasonable than the dealership.
It's not easy to find an auto repair shop you can trust, but Brake Masters #155 has definitely earned my confidence. I highly recommend them and will be returning for future service.
