I got my car repaired here and was so impressed with the wonderful job they did! They are kind people and the price was very reasonable! I appreciated how they explained the steps and cost during the process and they matched a price I got from another repair shop. I will definitely be coming back here again!

I had great service at this Brake Master’s and they even showed me around my vehicle that my brake pads were good, which allowed me to trust their inspection. They still listen to my concerns and that my brakes were making a hissing air noise but when pushing all the way down it would start making a weird squeaking sound. They found that the vacuum break Booster system was failing. They did a great job on installing a new one and my brakes finally feel brand new. They also completed the installment in a shorter time estimated.

The only thing I would recommend is for them to get a better IT support, since their website allows to schedule outside the allotted time period prior to closing. I had to reschedule, due to the issue which I understand was out of their control.

EDIT: I could be wrong, will have it tested shortly on a micron scale.

Suggested that the rotors had to be replaced when in reality the rust was on the margins, and the area where the brake pads meet the rotor was perfectly smooth and clear. Spent $460 on a $200 job. Dont trust their word, always question them.
Response from the owner:Thank you for the review, it’s true car repair can be quite expensive. The picture you've included is helpful, even without being able to physically inspect and measure the rotor for the radial run out. This determines how much rotor would need to be shaved off, and that amount would determine if the rotor is required.
