I had an outstanding experience at Brake Masters on Las Estancias! Fernando went above and beyond throughout the entire repair process. He kept me updated on my SUV with detailed explanations and took the time to explain all of my available options, including the benefits of each one, so I could make informed decisions about my vehicle.
What impressed me the most was that Fernando even contacted Walmart on my behalf regarding a faulty oil pan. That level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated.
I would also like to thank Julio and the entire team at the Las Estancias location, including the mechanics who worked on my vehicle. Everyone was professional, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure my SUV was repaired correctly and safely.
