Couldn't be more happy with the work we received on both of our older vehicles. These guys got them in top condition and didn't hit my pocket book while doing it. We were about to trade in these vehicles and have car payments that our company didn't need at the moment Thanks to the guys at brake check we are back on the road with road worthy vehicles again and no new car payment. Do yourself a favor don't ditch that old car truck.Just go to break check they can fix it!!!!!!

I have always had really good service at this store location including scheduled appointments. But this morning was not the normal service. I scheduled an appointment/reservation in which the job was a 20 minute job. The appointment was set the day before in their computer and they would have the part ready. This morning I got there 20 minutes early and the person at the front desk told me they are full up and it would be about two hours. I explained I was literally 5 to 10 minutes from there and they could call if possible. The person at the counter explained if I left it would be first come first serve which this was very disappointing, and I left the building. If it was an hour wait I could possible understand or at least let me know something came up with another job which put them behind. Maybe it was just a bad morning which I know can happen. The customer service was on this quickly which shows they care unlike other businesses. The store manager also called which meant a lot.I have re-scheduled. I will continue to use your store. This is true customer service. Thanks again.

I have been using brake masters since my husband and I moved to New Mexico in January 2023. They have worked on my brakes and they do my oil changes. I took my truck in because it’s a 2006 and I was having a problem with my pump. Along with that I have a list of repairs to do because of the age of my truck. I really like brake masters because I indicated to them I cannot do all these and then I only want to do what is absolute necessary until the next time I can get a repair done. They did just that. They took care of my pump and give me an oil change. The rate was decent and I am happy. Thank you Brakemasters
