Manager Jerry Baugh is the most honest man I have encountered in that endless search we all struggle with to find a place that can be trusted to take care of our vehicles! The staff is exceptional! They are fast and do a thorough job of servicing each vehicle insuring that it is safe and functioning properly!I rarely write a review, but I want people to know about Jerry and his hand-picked staff of ultra professional car care professionals. I had an appointment at Brakes Plus today at 2pm. I arrived to get my brakes done and my oil changed at 1:23 pm. I called at 4pm to check the status because I hadn’t heard anything and they close at 5. When I called I was told it should be ready at 5. Not wanting them to lock my key up and leave I showed up at 445. When I arrived I noticed that it was parked exactly as I left it as if they hadn’t even touched it. Because they hadn’t. When I asked if they had even looked at it I got told they were really backed up, but they were still planning on looking at it…not fixing it, looking at it. After waiting over 3 hours I said no. I didn’t get a sincere apology or even a manager with the balls to come tell me what happened. A phone call telling me they were behind would’ve gone a long way.Luckily As I was driving home, seriously pissed off I called brake masters And the manager that answered the phone, Jerry, told me he could get me in Tuesday, but unfortunately, because of the holiday they were going to be closed tomorrow and Monday. Although I appreciated the sense of urgency, I could not wait so I continued home. About 2 miles away from the location at 55th and Bell, Jerry called me back and said that one of his guys offered to stay later to get me taken care of. I Immediately turned around and came straight here, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Thanks to the professionalism, the understanding, the kindness, and the going above and beyond to make sure I traveled safely, I will only ever come back to Jerry’s Brake Masters. He and his team are the epitome of what quality customer service should look like.

So I've been a Brake Masters customer for awhile. They've always done good work for reasonable prices. Unfortunately, I recently ran into some issues where I had to return my vehicle more than once for warranty work. Let's get real... We now live in a world where service isn't what it use to be. I don't blame Brake Masters. We are all still suffering from this parts shortage and decent workers we can trust and employ. Anyway, Id like to keep this simple, Brake Masters honored their work. Jerry, the store manager at this site is a great guy. He does his best! Jerry will follow up and do his best to make sure you are taken care of. That poor guy has had staffing issues recently. Unfortunately, corporate had to come in and make some decisions to help me get my vehicle get back in shape. I will say this: Christian, the manager at corporate is an honorable guy with a plethora of knowledge about your vehicle and parts. He isn't just a corporate manager. He is a relatable blue-collar guy. He has practical experience as well. He is very knowledgeable. Christian has retained me as a customer. I still reccomend Brake Masters to do your work. My experience is that they are an honorable company. We need more Brake Masters and leaders like Christian in this world. I will definitely repost later. The only reason it's only 4 stars is due to the issues of returning more than once for warranty work. I give them 5 stars for customer service and honesty and being honorable. Thank you Brake Masters

I read the other reviews before I decided to proceed with Brake Masters to have my brakes fixed and an oil change. I can say that everything people say is true, great customer service, fair prices, timely service, etc. I couldn't have asked for more. I had to reschedule twice and Jerry was very understanding and rescheduled me, no problem... I also added an oil change last minute while my car was already being worked on and they said no problem. I asked if this would change how long the job would take and they said not at all, they were done 45 minutes before they said it would be ready!! I couldn't wait to give this review for others who might be on the fence... I highly recommend this shop, it's also fan-tab-u-lous that they do a whole lot more than just brakes! I will definitely be a repeat customer!!! Thanks for listening!
