I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for over 10 years, regularly servicing my vehicles and getting oil changes every couple of months. When Dana was in charge, and later Ryan and Cruz, the service was always top-notch — efficient, professional, and reliable. Unfortunately, since then, everything has gone downhill.
The current team seems disorganized and inexperienced. They can’t answer basic questions about services and often just redirect customers to the dealership. It’s frustrating and disappointing, especially after years of great service. Scott, in particular, was unhelpful and dismissive.
Tires were not rotated, engine filter and AC filter were not checked and advised of how long before replacement, and washer fluid wasn’t filled.
After a decade of trusting this location with my vehicles, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. This place is no longer what it used to be.
Updates: l was surprised the Shane was still there, as I was told that he is longer there, however, Shane is one of the old guards and I trust him . I will give it another chance. I will change my rating to 5 stars for Shane.

Picked up a 2014 Toyota Tacoma with ridiculously low miles — a total find — but it needed a bit of love to get back into top shape. I rolled into Brake Masters #225 kind of hoping for the best, and wow, did they deliver.
The techs didn’t just poke around and hand me a long list of repairs. They took the time to actually explain what was worth addressing and what could wait. Even better, they showed me how I could save money by getting things done while they were already working in certain areas, they even helped me find coupons for added discount — no upselling, no "mansplaining" just thoughtful, smart advice that made sense.
While they worked their magic, I always wander over to grab a bite at McDonalds or Dunkin's across the street then maybe hit up Walmart and Home Depot (a short walk for longer waits). The location’s super convenient to several stores if you like to stay busy while your ride’s getting pampered.
Honestly, the whole vibe was relaxed and respectful — no stress, no surprises, and no feeling like you were being talked into something you didn’t need. Just solid people who know cars and treat you like a neighbor.

The service I received from the time I walked in was super amazing. I am impressed at how well they took care of my needs. I walked in at 1:30 pm & am leaving now st 3:00 pm. Anthony took his time & explained exactly what needed to be done & the costs. I got a discount because I buy my tires at Discount Tires.
