Not organized. Got a quote to replace a belt tensioner. Was told to bring the car in 8:00 next morning. They didn’t reserve the time which resulted in atonal wait time.
But the good news is they finished the job. I always have confidence in their workmanship

I can't speak for all Brake Masters locations but the one in Tucson on Houghton and Old Vail Road has been excellent with service and trustworthiness. Both Tim and Anthony have been great with their customer interface and support. This Brake Masters does not play games with their service—they want to fix what is wrong and get you back on the road. They might find other problems but will contact you and get your approval, and again, we have never felt like they were playing us. Kudos to #225.

Excellent service. They noted some things that needed to be done in addition to the oil change. When I called to schedule those other services they were able to get me in in a few days and complete the job in one day. Plus Tim was very helpful and clear in his explanations. I’ll definitely return next time my jeep needs service!
