Remember that feeling you get when you find money in your pocket when you're almost broke? Multiply that by 10! Luis and the whole gang at Brake Masters are rock stars. In less than a year the hydro boost system on my truck started leaking... Again. This will be the second failure 3.5 years. This wasn't their fault, it was a GM part failure. So much for using OEM parts. The Brake Masters team stepped up, went to bat for me and honored a 12 month 12k mile warranty. At first there was discussion of 90 day labor coverage. Luis took it to the "Higher Ups" just like he promised (promise made,promise kept). I'm retired and on a strict budget, when he called and told me it was covered it was just like finding that money in my pockets. You can't make everyone happy, but you guys have a customer for life. Thank you and bless you. I started going here when they first opened their doors. I have always been happy with the service I've gotten at this store. Friendly service from start to finish. No high pressure "you'll die if you don't get this done" sales. Feels more like recommendation. Good job Brake Masters.
