What happened to this place? It seems it went downhill in quality of service and care since opening. I’m a regular at this location and bring all my cars in for service here, but no more. Daughter brought her Camry in yesterday for a simple oil change and tire rotation. After 10 minutes of leaving, her VSC and check engine light appeared on the dash. She took the car to a local mechanic shop in Phoenix today near her apartment. Air filter housing/box not properly closed all the way, hose connection to box not reconnected at all, and also found short on a quart of oil in engine. Once air filter box properly seated, closed and hose reconnected, VSC and check engine lights gone. Unfortunately, we’ll not be visiting this store again for future service of our four cars. It’s a shame too because they’re only 1/2 mile from our house.

An honest mechanic? Yeah, they actually exist. I thought my a/c was going to be a big deal and the manager said he'd love to sell me something expensive, "but you don't need anything else." That's been my experience with two different vehicles. They charge a fair rate and have NEVER tried to upsell me. I was doing my own mechanical work until I found them. Thanks guys!

Just had my 78yr old elderly mother go to Carlos & David and and let me tell you..... This is the place you need to go for car repair. Step by Step process that showed her what was wrong In simple, understanding, basic no pressure terms. Some people get used to getting free stuff and always expect it. IF these guys make mistakes, THEY MAKE IT RIGHT...And we all know great car repair is hard to find, and thank God we found Brake Masters.. Thanks boys on Riggs and Gilbert Brake Masters.
