All my tires were low...you didn't check them??
I’m so sorry, but I can’t give less than this… I changed my oil on 08/04. The next day, it started leaking from the drain plug (I don’t know what they did, but this had never happened before). The following day, I went back to have it fixed. After making me buy three different bolts that didn’t work, they told me I had to buy a repair kit ($270.00), even though the same kit costs only about $90.00 at AutoZone or other marketplaces.
The mechanic did something that temporarily stopped the leak, but only while the car was running. As soon as I got home and turned it off, the leak started again.
I still had to go to work, but during the drive, my car displayed an “add oil” warning. I found out it was leaking again, even with the car on. I went to a different shop, and they discovered the bolt they had used was loose and didn’t fit the new hole they drilled—causing me to lose all my new oil.
I tried to contact them, but they were extremely disrespectful. On top of that, I never received my repair kit, which I paid for. Since I purchased it, it should be mine—along with the drill bit and everything else they used.

I would give zero stars if I could. I took my vehicle into Brake Masters because the brake light was on. They told me my brake pads were fine but said I needed to replace my front brake arms – an expensive repair. I ordered the parts but decided to get a second opinion elsewhere, and I’m so glad I did.
After Brake Masters put my car back together, it started making a horrible screeching metal noise whenever I drove. When I took it to another mechanic to fix the issue, they told me Brake Masters hadn’t even put all the bolts back on properly. They completely left off the bolt that holds the brake disc in place, which damaged my discs and pads so badly that I had to replace both sides entirely.
Not only was this incredibly dangerous, but it showed total negligence and dishonesty on their part. I will never take any vehicle to Brake Masters again, and I strongly recommend you think twice before trusting them with your safety.

Response from the owner:Jennifer are you mentioning the visit where we did a free visual inspection? If this is the case, the image you posted is confusing, at no time during an inspection would the caliper be removed as the brake pads can be measured by only removing the wheel.

I took both of my cars there for service and had an amazing experience. The customer service was outstanding and the shop was immaculate. I am tremendously grateful for the the professionalism displayed by staff . John went above and beyond and was very impressionable. I’m always happy to support veterans especially Marines!!!!! Thanks to Ali and John for helping my girlfriend with honesty and fair prices. The dealership told her she needed new brake pads, and oh of course guess how much $800... I questioned how urgent these said wonder pads were needed. Thinking it would be squeaking at stops if it was to bad..
Anyways after that laugh, she looked up Brake Masters, who informed her that her brakes where maybe just over half used and they could set an appointment for a few months and even offer lifetime warranty for $30! I shook the man's hand and said thank you for being honest. I'll give you a good review.
So here it is, thanks Ali & John! I'll also bring you my vehicle and suggest you to anyone I know.
