10/10 - made an appointment- sat in the lazy boy chair and had a nice beverage and enjoyed the experience- customer service excellent- will definitely be back
Takes an hour and a half to get an oil change even with appointment. Never coming back. Was 30 minutes late to work.
Fast, great staff, great place … Highly recommend.

I had made an appointment online for Friday at 5pm. I showed up only for the gentleman who was originally sitting on lobby chair on the phone when I walked in to be rude, & ask me how I could have made a 5pm appointment and complained that I was able to do it. He proceeded to tell me the other guy was doing a diagnostic so he’d HAVE to do my oil change (he was annoyed and inconvenienced). I said I’ll do us both a favor and go somewhere else & thought nope, this dude is not touching my car. I walked out even though I left work early and ran over from the other side of town to get this done here and was even was 15 min early.
I’ve been to this new location multiple times before and was always treated with respect and had good service. I will never ever come back to this location again though. It only takes once for me.

All my tires were low...you didn't check them??
I’m so sorry, but I can’t give less than this… I changed my oil on 08/04. The next day, it started leaking from the drain plug (I don’t know what they did, but this had never happened before). The following day, I went back to have it fixed. After making me buy three different bolts that didn’t work, they told me I had to buy a repair kit ($270.00), even though the same kit costs only about $90.00 at AutoZone or other marketplaces.
The mechanic did something that temporarily stopped the leak, but only while the car was running. As soon as I got home and turned it off, the leak started again.
I still had to go to work, but during the drive, my car displayed an “add oil” warning. I found out it was leaking again, even with the car on. I went to a different shop, and they discovered the bolt they had used was loose and didn’t fit the new hole they drilled—causing me to lose all my new oil.
I tried to contact them, but they were extremely disrespectful. On top of that, I never received my repair kit, which I paid for. Since I purchased it, it should be mine—along with the drill bit and everything else they used.
