The kindest Gentleman are employed here at Brake Masters. Everyone is very knowledgeable and my issues were completely resolved. I had my pads and rotors done on my vehicle. They were very professional, although it took a while due to a mix up with ordering parts, I would definitely go back. Most customers I watched leaving all seemed happy with their work and pricing was very fair.

Went in for an oil change they said they didn’t have the right filter and made me wait for them to source one and they charged me over 100 for the oil change then after the visit the car starts leaking oil because these guys never changed the filter and forgot to replace the seals on the old one they put back in. The people I spoke with was a man named Ali and another man I don’t know the name of but is blonde and has thinning hair

They helped me replace some parts that were damaged with my brake system and explained in a way I could easily understand. Also great and friendly service, would give regular updates on my car which was appreciated.

Made an appointment online, walked in on time and was immediately greeted and assisted by Greg. Came for an oil change and tire rotation. They honored the coupon I found on the website. I made a special request for how I wanted them to do the tire rotation on my front wheel drive vehicle and they had no issues doing it as well. Only took an hour so I put my headphones on and waited in their clean and spacious lobby. They have free coffee! They torqued my wheels to spec and I was on my way. Great first experience.

I stop by this morning to see about getting a Quick Oil change the man at the front desk was rude. I simply asked I could get one and he stated that he only had 2 guys there so I said ok then no? He then continued to say that is why he makes appointments. No where on there does it it say it’s by appointment only. Thank you anyways I will take my business elsewhere I actually didn’t mind waiting especially when your so called 7:30 appointment wasn’t even there yet. Maybe trying not being so rude in the morning.
