Great customer service. Was quick the guy at the Counter was really helpful and I was on my way in about an hour. Letting me know exactly what the issue was with my a/c. Price was better than I was quoted elsewhere as well.

The Manager Eric is so nice and professional. I had an appointment , they were short handed but kept me informed and made feel at ease. The environment is very clean and relaxing. Horrible customer service today, Erik was rude and unprofessional. I get my vehicle needed a few things, but to tell a customer, it’s not their vehicle and they can careless if I buy are not, is completely unacceptable. I will never be back here again.. if I could give negative stars I would. Bad business.

I came in and asked for the manager Anthony who I’ve built relationship with, only to find out he no longer works there. This is now the 4th or 5th manager at this location. I’m starting to wonder if the people who run this company do not have their priorities in check. How are customers supposed to feel comfortable with a business that continues to change their staff monthly. I will be taking my 4 vehicles elsewhere.
