Francisco N. was the technician who inspected the break system and per his recommendation new break pads were installed, front rotors resurfaced and back rotors replaced. It was a pleasure working with Sal (advisor) whose caring and professionalism is appreciated as he kept me updated on the progress of the work being done to the car. Brakes were grinding coming in from Colorado on my way to Texas. I called them at approximately 3:00pm on a Saturday. Corey was very reasonable with expectations and told me I may have to wait until Monday, which means hotel and the waiting to get home. I told him I would like to not do that if possible and if he could just at least tell me if it's safe to drive. If not safe, we were going to have to wait.
Corey not only squeezed me in, but was able to diagnose the problem, fix my brakes, and get me driving away at 5:30! He was a top guy. Sitting there for a few hours also gave me a chance to see him interact with other customers and he was nothing but extremely kind and professional. Going above and beyond for folks, a rare thing these days.

I've been getting my oil, coolant, tire rotations, and transmission fluid done here for the past four years with no problems. Cory runs a tight ship and makes sure that every question or concern is addressed. I usually make appointments for my routine maintenance. Just make sure to mention that you want a new o-ring when you go there for an oil change.
