Just wanted to put in a good word for Vince (Manager) and the mechanics at this Brake Masters location! I brought in my '07 Dodge Ram 1500 truck to have a water pump replaced. I had purchased all the parts myself, but could not break loose the 36 mm nut that connects the fan to the water pump. They allowed me to bring in my parts, ordered a special tool to help break loose the nut and got the job done - also installing the new thermostat and serpentine belt. Didn't charge me for new coolant and the overall repair cost was very reasonable. I really appreciated being allowed to bring in my own parts and the extra effort they put in to get the new pump installed properly. I would 100% recommend Vince and the team at this Brake Masters location!
