Came in last minute looking to get my front brakes done. The guys Blake and Greg instantly got me in the bay and took care of my Lexus right away. Much faster service than I expected. They made several calls to get me the price range I was looking for. Saved me and arm and a leg compared to the dealership. Definitely coming back !!

Greg the service manager and his technicians were great .
The brake job of front rotors, calipers and drums with lifetime breaks was not an easy task ran into manufactured parts problems.
But the Brake Masters team was determined to make things right.
Several hrs of trouble shooting and adjusting both front and back brakes finally got my 1998 Chevy c2500 silverado back on the road.
Thank you again Brake Masters team.

Update 12/13/2025: Jerry was in today!! He works one or two days so that's awesome. I made the mistake of going to Store 186 on Peoria to have my brakes done two weeks ago. When I left, my car was making some awful banging noise. I took it back and Josh said he fixed it. I was content until the squeeking and noises my car was making got progreasively worse. I called and canceled the appointment for the tune up. I did not want anymore issues with my vehicle. Why would i take it there for them to mess up something else? No thank you. I called 12/12 for an appointment and came to my home store 139. Blake was wonderful and attempted to find out what happened at Store 186. They refused accountability. As we speak, they are working on my tune up and fixing the issue with the brakes casued by the other store. Jerry explained why the car sounded awful and showed me proof it was done wrong. I am grateful they fixed it with no issue!!! Thank you so much!!! 😍✨️🥰💐✨️
Update: 10/11/25 I came in to find Jerry and a few others are no longer here 😟😔. You can feel the change in the energy and it is not as Friendly. Greg seems cool but I don't get that warm vibe from him like I did Jerry. I am glad to see at least Travis is still here. 🥹 I don't want to leave him but I may have to find another location now. Jerry and his guys are why I stayed here the last 9 years. Their honesty and integrity will be missed. Now I have to worry about upcharges and other nonsense again. 😮💨 It was great while it lasted. 🤦🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️

everything I needed done and gave me a sound time-line. Travis always works on my car and it runs smoothly every time! I love it here!!! 🥰
