Had a very bad experience in January 2023. A male manager who’s name I don’t remember, called me and told me my engine was “toast” and that I need a new engine. After getting in a heated discussion with him, he said he would have a different mechanic take a look at it and lo and behold, It ran perfectly fine. So then they continued to work on what I had originally brought it in there for. Power steering issue, motor mounts, suspension parts, etc. I had to wait until the next day to pick up my car. When I arrived the next day, a new manager was there by the name of Felicia. She told me that the manager I dealt with previously no longer worked there. Felicia made things right, she thoroughly had her team go through my car in and out and discounted some labor. At the end of the day Felicia made this a four-star review instead of a one star review.

Went here to get my brake calipers and rotors done. The knowledge that the store manager Brandon has and his technicians plus the front desk personal are awesome! I'll be going back they are car guys too and they are great to talk with. Amazing prices too! If you need trust worthy advise and mechanics this is the place to go no doubt! Their waiting room is nice with plenty of comfy chairs a big tv to watch, coffee and water. Bathrooms are clean not scary like some other places. A+++
