Great place! I had several other auto services that were going to charge me 3 times what these guys did and the other services diagnostics were wrong. They also do labor only which works great if you have the parts they will put them in for you. Saves a lot of money. Great service.

As a Colorado driver, often driving through the Rockies and in the Northwest on mountain roads, my brakes are very important, a matter of life and death. I paid an enormous amount of money in Las Vegas to a shop for a full brake job, which the mechanics in Las Vegas botched badly and ripped me off brutally. After driving to Arizona, my new brakes were literally squeaking and screeching even when the brakes weren't applied, there were pulsations, Etc. Out of desperation I went to Brake Masters number 146 and met Dave there. Dave identified the problems immediately and was able to resolve them with his crew, in particular a man named Evan.Dave and Evan showed tremendous skill and experience and were able to redo and resolve the problems caused by incompetent mechanics in a couple of hours, leaving me with brakes that actually function properly. And I've waited a couple of weeks before writing this report to make sure that the brakes actually function properly. Can you blame me after being burned so badly by those incompetent Las Vegas mechanics?Dave has an incredible amount of experience in the automotive industry in general which he freely shares with customers, saving them a lot of money, time, and effort. I'll also add that the end price of setting my brakes straight was affordable, much less than I expected it to be. What a relief in today's world of devastating price gouging!Today, I returned to Brake Masters 146 to get an oil change and was pleased to meet Dave and Evan again, and Dave's Asst. Manager, Devin. Inside, at the service desk, Devin took care of me and my automotive needs without trouble much the same way that Dave does. I didn't even have to fill out my name and address on the form because Devin took care of it for me. Devin negotiated with me regarding the type of oil change I wanted and an additive I wanted to include. He was very customer oriented, obviously trained by Dave to find the best product and the best price for the customer.Dave finished some cleanup work in the shop and came back inside to meet me and discuss other automotive issues, giving excellent advice while managing his crew and taking care of other customers who also appreciate Dave very much. When Dave and his staff were out of the waiting room, this was much discussed with other customers who appreciate Dave and his staff over all other mechanics in the area, and they rely on Dave for advice that goes beyond what Brake Masters can do.The crew member who handled my oil change was Lee, he was polite and efficient, gave me some advice about built up oil sludge, and Dave was able to further advise me about getting all that cleaned up at a local business.I have to admit that I've never felt so comfortable at an automotive shop, and I will also say that the prices for the work done were reasonable, and I believe well spent.I recommend Brake Masters 146 highly and want to emphasize that Dave's management style and ideas about serving the community by performing competent automotive services for a reasonable price don't go unnoticed, and are greatly appreciated. It's clear that Dave's crew follows his lead regarding competent work and good customer service.I guess that's enough said, so thanks to Brake Masters 146 and Dave for treating me right when so many other mechanics have ripped me off and treated me like a fool.
