Here's my story. During the worst time in history I am in need of a new car. The tariffs have caused prices everywhere to skyrocket. I found What I thought to be the perfect vehicle in Mesa Arizona even though I'm located in Rio Rancho New Mexico. I negotiated with the dealer, And we concluded to a fair price. My last step was to get the vehicle inspected by a mechanic. I chose the brake Masters on baseline road in Mesa AZ, Because I felt very comfortable after speaking with a lovely lady named Lori. She assured me that she would be Frank and honest, As to whether I should buy this car or not. The bad news is that I was informed by Lori And her mechanic that this car was no good. Quote I was told "to run". The good news is that I didn't get suckered in to purchasing a lemon, and I was smart enough to get my car pre checked by brake Masters. They potentially saved me thousands of dollars. Lori told me in the beginning that she was going to be brutally honest with me and tell me the truth about the vehicle that I was going to get pre inspected. And she kept her word. I highly recommend anyone buying a vehicle in Mesa Arizona get their car pre inspected by the brake Masters on 2344 E Baseline Rd. Not only are they friendly , honest, reliable, and quick, They are lifesavers and a must have tool when purchasing a used vehicle. I hope you guys at BM get a chance to read this review. Lori was very friendly and got our vehicle in right away. As soon as they knew the issue they called to inform us of the cost. Shortly afterwards they called to inform us our vehicle was done.

I was in somewhat of a hurry when I arrived on Saturday . I originally went in for an oil change as I had been overdue for one. So when I went in it was maybe an hour and a half before they closed by 5pm and I assumed it would going to take a while. But it absolutely didn’t, the front desk attendant told me it would take tops an hour for the oil change but it took way less. Plus the other employees doing the oil change saw my back brakes were basically gone and were able to replace those too. I was in there 20 minutes shy of n hour for doing both the brakes and oils. So overall great experience.😄
