As a person ALWAYS leary to walk into a garage of any kind due to price, honesty, and integrity on top if price I have been enlightened by Lori at Brake Masters. I came today with grinding brakes, scared to death of the price and what they would find. She walked me through the process, involving me in understanding my vehicle needs so it made sense. When I couldn’t financially meet the obligation Lori went over several options to allow someone struggling to find a solution. She actually cared about our safety and YES cared if I came back as a return customer. Say what? She did, all her work gave me confidence for a fair, proper repair and as much as I looked, no gouging! Please, if you have mechanical needs, come by talk with Lori. I am normally very happy with the servive I receive at this Break Masters (#151) location. However, on this visit I had 3 services scheduled, but they refused 2 services since they said there were potential issues they didn't want to take responsiblity for. These issues were non exsistent according to the dealership. The one service preformed was done well, but I was still disappointed about the ser ices they did not accept.
