I've had really good experiences with this Brake masters location. Unlike the dealership that I have gotten my cars from, the staff answers the phone, politely discusses the issues I have with my car and clearly explains the possible problems, procedures and process that I need to take, which with my ignorance is greatly appreciated. They schedule service when it's convenient for me and get my car ready for me quickly. It likely doesn't need to be said, but their prices are competitive, but significantly less than the dealership. I would recommend Brake Masters to anyone who prefers good customer service and quality car care.

I was hearing squeaking noises in front right tire area of my 2023 dodge charger, called Brake Masters for help, they got me right in for a FREE inspection, after the inspection the guys told me my brakes were great and nothing was wrong just that my rotor was wet and there was nothing wrong. Honest and reliable i recommend this location on mill ave & Southern here in Tempe AZ 500%!
