Went into this shop with a brake problem from another mechanics work. These guys took the time to figure it out.. Robert and Will made it a less stressful experience and they made sure I felt that I was taken care of and was in good hands. I put my trust in them which I usually don’t trust just anyone.
They put their best mechanic Juan on the job and they thoroughly explained why and what exactly they were doing to my vehicle. While waiting and a few test drives with them I feel I got to know these guys. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are informative, fair, kind and honest.

Always a good experience at Brake Masters in Roseville. Good quality service for a reasonable price. Never try to up sell you. I took my vehicle there for a oil and filter change and tier rotation. They advised me that my battery will need replacing soon. This battery has five years on it. So yes time to replace it. Also very clean restroom. I take both my vehicles there for servicing.

The manager Will was kind and helpful. I went in initially for a brake check - it’s been a while since i’ve had them check - and found more issues. They didn’t try to sway me, they provided the education for me to make a decision on my car. Juan welcomed me in the shop and under my car so I could watch him change the oil because I mentioned I was curious of doing it myself one day. I had to stay longer than I had planned but I should have known. I drive my car a lot and want to keep it in good shape, they made sure to tell me all the prices before I made a decision, and I made a point to ask all the “but why?” questions. A good experience over all!
