I’ve been bringing my cars to this Brake Masters for around 8 years now (maybe even longer), and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Will, the manager, is always so kind, helpful, and upfront - I really trust him and his team. As a woman, that trust and honesty mean a lot. I never feel talked down to or pressured into anything unnecessary.
The technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and take the time to explain things. I’ve been getting the Protect & Renew oil change on my 2012 Honda CRV, and just a few services in, I could already feel the difference. Before, my car was leaking oil and the oil light came on early. Now, the leak is minimal, I had plenty of oil left at this last change, and my car runs noticeably better.
They also recently fixed my A/C for a great price, just in time for the heat. It’s hard to find a shop this reliable, honest, and consistent. Huge thank you to Will and the team - you’ve definitely earned a lifelong customer!

Revised from below. They have improved. While a far more affordable option than a dealer's maintenance and repair shop, this location's service has declined over the last 8 years. Today I took my vehicle in and I tell them I think I probably need brakes, the attendant tells me you had them done in 2021. I come back to pick up my car, have my ride drive away and he says here's the status you need brakes done ... You only had the front brakes done in 2021. Well wasn't I saying that I probably needed brake work when I made my appointment for oil & filter and other work?. So instead of recognizing a goof and apologizing or being friendly about it he just says well at least you can sit here in an air conditioned room ..but with the tv blasting at full volume. And forever to read my records, can't find my vehicle even though I've been a frequent customer and bringing up an old car telling me my last oil change was in 2004. And then I asked for tire rotation but mentioned i wasn't sure when I had gotten my new tires...so they just didn't bother to rotate them, no mention if I want them rotated I should call and confirm it. His explanation , we aren't tire people, you have to request us to rotate your tires. I mean really we all have our strengths and weaknesses but customer service should have a little interest, respect and professionalism. Clearly they're so overworked or so disinterested that they could care less if they keep their custom
