John is one of the most honest mechanics I have had the pleasure to do business with. The dealership for my vehicle assessed an ac issue and quoted me over $4K! I had heard about John through word of mouth and gave him a shot. Not only was the dealerships quote expensive, it was also a lie. John and his team got to work and found that the AC was just fine, but the dealership did not replace the cabin filter. John made the swap, and our AC is working as good as ever. Oh and I saved thousands of dollars. I will absolutely back go to John and Brake Masters for my automotive needs. He is a man driven by reputation and quality, not greed.

I had to have a full engine replacement on my car and they found a replacement that was reasonably priced, then had it in and ready to go in record time. They kept me informed about everything going forward and I have to say the best customer service I have ever experienced in any automotive shop. Cat, John and their crew are on top of everything.
