I recently had new shocks and struts installed at a local garage, but my car was still running rough. I was suspicious that garage was not telling me the truth so I took my car to Brake Masters here in Kingman and they found the problem right away and Joshua even took me out to show me the problem while the car was on the lift.
He gave me a decent estimate and I will have them do the work, not only for that job but for future work.

Update: 2025 still going in for service, they just did my transmission sercive & oil change. So Honest & fair. Outstanding service in every way!
They were very honest, professional and thorough. I had a slight squeak and when I took my car in it did not need brakes but they were honest enough to tell me. Instead of charging me for something I don't need they cleaned my brakes and let me know to come in for re-inspection.

I had more than $600 of work done and was really pleased with their work. I would have given them 5 stars but a few days later my truck warned me that my coolant was low. Not uncommon following radiator flush and fill. When I brought it back in I feel I should have been given priority status instead of having to wait.
