Me and my husband were on the way back home from vacation when we got a flat tire. This store was 6 mins from closing and still decied to help us changes out spare. Such helpful and friendly guys!! Reccomend 10/10

I've gotta give credit where credit is due!
I'm 64, money is tight when you're only income is social security!
The axle broke on my vehicle!
Big O tires wanted $600 for labor!
I sure didn't have that, called a few other places, not from Arizona!
The short and sweet end of my story is, I asked someone @ AutoZone if they knew of any place that was more reasonable and they suggested Brake Masters!
They did the job for $240 in labor!
They did a great job and that really was a blessing to me!
Finally found a business that it's not always about how much they can get from you but are willing to help others!
$400 difference in labor says it all !
God blesses those who bless others !

I would start off with saying the honesty and kindness of the staff was amazing. My Kia broke down on my way to Vegas and had to stay over night in Kingman only place open was Brake for mechanic, I have been to Brake company before over in Scottsdale,Az and the experience wasnt the best, so I was skeptical. I chose to trust them and I dont regret, not one bit. The staff was more worried about me getting back to phoenix safe, (becase the car was just going to need a major repair) instead of making money out of me, and I will always appreciate it that. The next day came along me stressed out not know what I was going to do and I received a phone call from the lady at the front office not to sell me anything but to ask me if I made it safe home, I will never forget that. For the manager or the gentleman that push me to get their diagnosis thank you 😊..... SO YESS %100 WILL RECOMMEND!

I took our Honda Passport here for a transmission flush and fluid change along with a coolant flush and a brake fluid flush. They did an amazing job and were much cheaper than the Honda dealer down the street for the same services. The transmission on this vehicle needs to be flushed 3 times with a 25 step process each time. I could see through the window of the waiting room as they raised and lowered my vehicle going through the process and doing it correctly. I would recommend their service to anyone.

admittedly, i dont know anything about cars.. but this older gentleman working the front desk was really nice when explaining all i needed to know about my breaks and gave me a really good quote on some new pads! will definitely be coming back in the future.
