I forgot his name but young Latina gentleman was soooooo kind and informative. As a woman I already feel overwhelmed in auto shops due to lack of education and feeling thats open range to take advantage but he did not do that. He even provided extra assistance and instead of lying like the previous shop on what I truly needed done he was honest and I will be returning for my next services
