Jordan is awesome! I brought my trailblazer in with a load of issues. He listened to what I thought was wrong, and explained some reasons I was having the issues. The techs had their work cut out for them but they got Everything resolved in a very reasonable amount of time and for a very reasonable price.
I and my kids have been taking my vehicles here for about 4 years now and they never disappoint!

Just got my Lexus IS350 AWD alignment done at Brake Master #163 in Tracy, CA. After the alignment going into Memorial Day weekend, I had a few concerns with how the vehicle was feeling. I came back after the weekend, and Jordan took the time to listen, recheck everything thoroughly, and resolved the issues at no additional cost.

Brake Masters was able to fix my car quickly (the brake light was stuck on) on a Friday before a Holiday weekend. I got the car there at 8:45am and it was fixed before 10am. I called 5 other shops and the dealership and no one was available. I appreciate the excellent customer service and desire to help me get my car fixed as soon as possible so I was able to pickup my hubby from dialysis. Honest and helpful shop. Reasonable price.
