The shop is great! The manager Jose and Assistant Manager Luke were both extremely helpful and friendly. They made sure I fully understood the service and were time efficient. Exceptional service from the tech as well. The front office area is nicr and clean, they offer cold water and coffee is available. I will be a loyal customer to Brake Masters shop #196 forever.
