So, I went to Brake Master to get my brake fluid flushed. I normally do most of my own work but decided to give them a try since flushing brake fluid is a pain. I did not know they were going to waste half the time inspecting my vehicle so they could try to sell me other stuff. I honestly don't appreciate their "scare tactics" that they use to try to convince you that the other work needs to be done. I heard them do it to person in line before me as well. I know better. Also, when I got back in my car, I went to put the receipt in the glove box, I opened the glove box and it basicslly fell out of the dash. It wasn't until later that I realized when reading their report that they had pulled it out to inspect the cabin air filter and must have broken. By the way, they made no mention of the cabin air filter neededing to be replace, even though it did or that they broke the glove box. Based on the service I paid for (brake fluid flush), they did fine, but I did not enjoy the rest of my experience. If they made the total car inspection voluntary so I wasn't waiting there as long, it would have been better. And if they simply told me what they found with their recommendations for repairs without the scare tactics, I would have viewed my experience in a better light. As far as the glove box, I wish they hadn't touched it or at least told me they broke it. No, I'm not going back to fight with them about it. I don't want the aggravation. Like I said, I do most of my own work, so I will fix the mess they made and move on with my life never to return to Brake Masters. By the way, I'm only writing this review because I got an email from Brake Masters asking me for a review. I don't usually post complaint type reviews.
