Big props to this shop. I needed a vehicle inspection for a rideshare. No big deal. I was expecting the usual car mechanic shop greeting. The negative tone, were busy tone, you don't matter tone. However, I was greeted on phone by Michael. Within 10 seconds I felt the concern and a welcome tone. I was actually shocked by the reception. Anyway, drove down, inspection went well and while waiting in lobby, I witnessed the same respect and customer service towards my fellow customers. I was impressed. It was different than my other experiences...even at other Brake Masters. I had to return because I got the wrong document signed. 2nd visit. Even better!! Same warm greeting on phone from Joseph. Went to get a signature and the doc filled out. Joseph said they needed to re-inspect which seemed silly but I understood. Thinking I didn't need an inspection, I brought my dogs. They immediately invited my dogs into the lobby and we were all treated so well. Definitely a dog lovers business. The culture of this store is clear. Friendly and customer oriented. The manager deserves huge props. In this day of entitlements and declining customer focus, it was refreshing to have a nice human to human positive experience at a car shop. Highly recommend!!

I’ve gone to these guys for the last year and they’ve done great. Had a challenger with 75k miles on it and never had a brake job and they totally could’ve taken advantage of that, but were honest and didn’t push a brake job because it didn’t need it. I’ll go here until I’ll move out of range.

Squeezed me in for an oil change and tire rotation without an appointment. Didn’t pressure me about any services. Though my car needs a wash I was disappointed to see a bunch of oily fingerprints on the tailgate area. My oil was slightly overfilled. All things considered, a hassle free reasonably priced experience, I’m going back.
