These guys are amazing! I took my nieces car down to get a diagnostic and they waved the charge. She needs a new transmission apparently and was already having a mental breakdown. So epic!

1st time I’ve come here for an oil change, car is driving 100x better. Idk what all they did but they took good care of me. Will return.
Pierce & their manager ROB took excellent care of me compensating for what happened at the the S Fort Apache near Sunset location.
At the S Fort Apache/Sunset location Johnathan said he was the manager. Without checking my vehicle he said they didnt have my oil filter & would have to special order it, so I picked one up & came right back in 15 minutes. He said if I came back with it they would do it. Once I arrived I was then told if they do my oil it would be a liability & they may have to keep my car over the entire weekend because they dont want it to be a liability. Without looking at my car he then said my car has a plastic drain plug, it does not. I informed him that I have been under my car recently & replaced the washer. The drain plug is metal. I was just under my car with my mechanic friend. Without further details the approach was unpleasant, I will leave it at that. He had still yet to inquire for my year make model. He told me an oil change would take them 45 - 50 minutes & said it was unreasonable because. It was already like 440. They had no customers.
So, I drove to this S Eastern location, which says online closes at 6pm. PIERCE took care of me at the front, and their manager ROB did my oil change personally. It only took him 15 minutes 20 minutes max. I also need to get my radiator done, So I will be going to this location to get it done.
Thank you both for accomodating me & turning things around! They had great service and apologized for what happened at Fort Apache. Kudos!
