I was so impressed by the honesty of the front desk customer service person as well as the mechanic by the name of Jake. He checked the rear brakes which had a squeaking sound as I put the car in reverse. He said there was plenty of material on the pad and at this time, no need to replace. He saved me quite a bit of money and put me at ease.

I had a great experience with Brake Masters. My son’s truck needed several repairs before a long move from Las Vegas to Spokane, Washington, and the team took the time to thoroughly inspect the vehicle and explain everything that needed attention.
What impressed me most was their honesty and customer service. After completing the repairs, they discovered an O₂ sensor issue that should have been addressed during the original service. Instead of charging me additional diagnostic fees or labor, they took responsibility and replaced the sensor at no cost to me.
The staff was professional, communicated clearly throughout the process, and never pressured me into unnecessary repairs. They helped give us peace of mind knowing the truck would be safe and reliable for a long-distance trip while towing a trailer.
It’s hard to find businesses that stand behind their work, but Brake Masters did exactly that. I appreciate their integrity, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends and will return for future vehicle service.
