On this hot🥵 day and 110° in Las Vegas Nevada on Southeastern the business of brake masters the technician Ali has done amazing work.🥰😁 I’m a single mother and my car ended up messing up and I always take all my vehicles to this location on South Eastern. They are truly amazing and they help in anyway they can. They are so non-🥹judgmental they are there to make sure you’re able to get your car fixed in a honest and reliable way. I am so happy was able to take my car there today and get it fixed on by Shawn. 😉He was an amazing technician and all the employees were there to help me in such an amazing way. Very ❤️❤️appreciative of them. I will vouch for them 1000%. I am so happy how my car turned out and on all my other vehicles I’m never left without, not having a car to drive that’s safe and reliable🤝. Thank you so much Brakes master Y’all are truly the best🫶🏼 I’ve ever been to here in Las Vegas.i will always come back.. 👏🏽ps.. now if yall could get tires then yall would be the best one stop shop) being funny ☺️ but no matter what ill come to service my car here.

I had the best experience with these guys... I was able to drop off my car and leave a key in the mail drop so I could get a ride home before they open. I got a phone call within an hour of opening with details of what steps to take to resolve my problems (which I had quite a few on my 2009 jeep). The next call I received detailed the problems, which he thought was the case, and what the price would be. With all the work that had to be done, I was still able to pick up my car same day. The communication between these guys ( Ali) and me with problems of my car was above and beyond. I felt like they were working on their own automobile with the care and concern I felt. I will recommend this place continuously to my friends, coworkers and family.

I really like the service there. But yesterday when I went to change the oil in my car, everything seemed fine until my car overheated in the middle of the road. I was scared and asked for help, the man opened the hood of the car and the carburetor cover was removed. This could have cost me more money, more headaches because of an imprudence.

Brake Masters was very professional and courteous. I was anxious at first bringing my car to an unknown mechanic. But they checked my brakes and gave me an honest report. - I did not need new brakes now. This makes me more likely to use them in the future. I suggest making an appointment before bringing in your vehicle. I had only a short wait doing this.

I went there for the first time and wanted my front brakes repaired. My car was taken in fairly quickly. The first thing the mechanic opened my hood and took out my Air Filter and brought it to the counter. The manager Philip wanted to upsell his Air filter for a high price. I declined the replacement and told him that my filter is only 2 weeks old.Then the mechanic who was angry threw my filter on the workshop floor, I noticed after 30 minutes that my filter is getting kicked around on the workshop floor because I declined to purchase a new one. I had to complain and they finally took it and returned it in my car. I understand that they want to promote their Air filters. However I did not go there for oil or Air filter change.

First I would like to thank Break master & Ricky for helping me with my breaks. If you need a mechanic come to break master they are number one ☝️.
