I cannot express how appreciative I am of this team! I've been going there for the past 3 years or so. From oil changes and general maintenance all the way up to having to get a new engine. This team has gone above and beyond when it comes to getting the work done in a timely fashion, maintaining communication throughout the process and notifying me if anything in the process has changed. Even if I move to a different part of the city I will make the drive over to this specific location just because the service is that exceptional. To spotlight a specific employee, John has been one of the best techs I've ever come across. He's not only extremely knowledgeable but he is empathetic to customers situations and works with you to find the best way to get your car back on the road. There have been multiple instances where I was given a quote for work to be done and was unable to get all the services done at that time. John then let me know the most pertinent things that needed to be done so I could at least get my car back on the road then let me know a timeframe on when I should attempt to get the subordinate issues addressed. Truly grateful and amazed at this shop!

Came to break masters to replace my rear breaks on my bmw. Bela upfront was very kind and explained everything clearly. The guys did a good job for a fair price, although I did have to wait for the break sensor to arrive for a bit, but at no fault of the shop since the warehouse is a ways out.
