I assumed I needed brakes so I went in for the free brake inspection, they advised that I didn’t need brakes but a brake flush, I scheduled an appointment for next week and went about my day. I’m making this post for any woman who is scared to go alone to auto repair shops. I had a specific niche problem unique to my model of vehicle. The symptoms looked like anything from transmission to fuel injectors … but a cursory internet search of similar issues pointed to a brake sensor.The technician at the counter knew EXACTLY what I was talking about and didn’t beat around the bush checking everything else … he went right to assumed problem area and that’s exactly what the issue was.Had me in and out of there in less than an hour and my car is back like it never happened. I’ll be going there for all my brake/suspension needs from now on.

This store is hands down the best in town! We’ve been searching for an auto shop for a while and so happy we gave Brake Masters a chance! When I called ahead, Jeff was very professional and provided all the information I was inquiring about. When I was able to make it to the shop, Jeff was super friendly and HONEST!
