just moved to town a few months ago and needed an oil change. I inherited the car from my sister. They found that there hadn't been done a 30k check yet plus filters that I thought were replaced before I moved....weren't. Showed me that belts etc. were in good shape yet....professional service. I'm a regular customer now.

The other review was right, they are a hidden gem. Price was better than anywhere else that I could find. The staff were polite and professional. They did not try to upsell me. They were honest and only recommended what was needed. They got super busy and my vehicle took longer than expected but despite everything they were dealing with- they were still kind and experts at their field. One of my center caps fell off on the way home, so I wish they checked those a little tighter but it happens. I plan on going back for all brake related things.

Had a little noise when I would first start up my truck thought possibly a loose heat shield took it down there they diagnosed it found the issue apparently it was something very minor didn't charge me a dime I have had my brakes and oil changes done here honest shop hard to find in this town will definitely recommend to everyone I know

I have recently relocated to Las Vegas, it's like starting all over. I needed an oil change and I asked a friend for a recommendation. He immediately brought up Brake Masters 221. I went in and got the rundown and selected to appropriate service. I was given a 45 minute window. The service was very timely and for a good price. I called three other places and they pitched everything to rear axel tune ups to a complete overhaul. I appreciated just getting the info for the oil change. Since it was 100,000 miles it was suggested to get a added clean out. Done in less than 45 minutes. Car operated perfectly.
I was surprised to get a follow up call the next day to ensure that I was satisfied. I can't even get a follow up from doctors! Great service, fair price, genuine concern.
