First time visitor to Brake Masters. It was a great first time visit, I took my wife's vehicle to get her brakes checked thinking that they need to be replaced because she's been hearing squeaking noise from her brakes. I find out that her brakes are still in good condition the technician showed me the front and back brake pads, he also told me that the reason for the squeaking the brakes are making is because of all the dust storms that we've been experiencing here in El Paso, all that dust gets into the brakes pads. He cleaned the brake pads for me and put them back on and came back and told me that I was all set I shouldn't hear anymore squeaking sounds. Thx Brake Masters.

Ive taken my car in for breaks and had good experience so why not see if they could fix my AC. I’ve been having my AC turned off because it been making my car overheat. Came in and of course it was acting fine while getting checked by one of the mechanics. I was like “just let it run a while and it’ll happen “ nothing though. They let me go free of charge because they couldn’t find a problem. Fans are running , pump is good, car wasn’t overheating. Not 20 miles later my car starts to overheat, I rush back to show them. Puzzled the front desk mechanic (Kirtes McDaniel) saw my fans had randomly stopped spinning, so he looked at the fuse box and saw 2 fuses loose, both having to do with the fans. He took them out switched them and firmly placed it back. Fixing the problem making my car go back to normal temperature. I have AC now. I’ve been driving around in the heat with no AC and it’s just unbearable. All this at no charge to my wallet. I feel because it was something so simple he felt bad for charging me. But I had my car in bay and a mechanic did check it. Any other business would try to take anything out of you. They nickel and dime you for everything at fast food restaurants! Why not expert knowledge on cars ? Do not take your AC for granted. Thank you. Like anyone I rely on my car, and you need AC in today’s world. Thank you Mr.McDaniel for being a human who actually cares.

Great experience here. Ive had issues with the GMC shop by Sunland. Paid thousands of dollars to get some electrical problems fixed. I decided for a change and got my breaks, oil, tires rotated and filters changed. Not only did they do a great job but they also took care of my existing electrical issues at no charge. They also applied a coupon. Which was nice! Haha

Went for an oil change and brake check. The man at the counter was super helpful and very professional. Very nice waiting room, with clean restrooms, coffee, comfy sitting area, and water. My experience was great! They also gave me a few tips and were courteous. I Will be back soon! 😊
