We have a 2021 Hyundai Kona we came in on May 22, 2026 and my mom went for a free break inspection and there was a miscommunication and and being so greatful and thankful to Johnathan, Jonathan told my mom that she was going to get four breaks four rotors for free and she started to cry as my mom was only to get a estimate when they had already done the work beforehand so thank you to Jonathan

I went to get a free break inspection yesterday, Friday, 22 May. They were super busy. I said I had no problem to wait time passes and then I asked Jonathan. I saw my rotors I said “ are those my rotors” he said yes so he goes in the garage talks to the guys comes out and says I’m sorry there has been a misunderstanding goes back in to the garage Comes back out and you are going to get your brakes and rotors for FREE .. !!!!!
And I said again, pardon me ??? and Jonathan said again you’re getting it done for free. I started to cry …. because I’m a single mom on disability. Jonathan, He felt that he said something to offend me,and hurt my feelings… I said ABSOLUTELY NOT !!!!! It’s just I’m crying because I’m embarrassed ……and all of this is the doing of GOD !!!I’m so very thankful for Brake Masters !!!! Jonathan was wonderful and so was his manager!!!! ,,,, Adrian Almeraz!!!!!

I always have a good experience at this Brake Masters! It is so easy to schedule appointments online, the services are always fast, and the staff is great! I just went in for an oil change and tire rotation a couple of days ago and Jonathan was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. They also always have great coupons for oil changes, highly recommend!

Still a great place to get service done on your vehicle. Got transmission flush, new brakes and all done properly. Was a good place to get my belt replaced even without a discount the price was 40% of the price the dealership wanted for the same work. Nice to have this close to us and will be back when I need work on my vehicles.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Jonathan and Adrian were amazing. My car wouldn’t start. When I got it there Jonathan said we will start with a 30 minute diagnostic check. I felt that it was my alternator going out when I tell Jonathan that he said we will double check. When I called back to check on my car, Jonathan told me that all it was was a loose wire to my battery and it was a simple fix. Jonathan and Adrian did not have to do that. They could’ve really sold me and said yes it was your alternator, but they were honest and that makes them great in my book. Thank you, Jonathan and Adrian.
