I am treated like a "repeat customer" which makes a big difference. When you're treated like a repeat customer it's as if they know you very well instead of treating you like a new person each time you walk in.

Didnt end up getting the recommended service, but this place deserves the 5* for the customer service. Adrian is incredibly professional and his process is very thorough and highly transparent (shows pictures of everything they noticed and explained in detail). Just amazing for a (more than) brake shop!

I took my vehicle in because it was making a grinding noise at higher speeds and while braking. I was worried about the potential cost to repair, but the guys at Brake Masters in Bernalillo on 528 were very honest and transparent when the cause turned out to be a skid plate dragging the ground. No upselling; they did exactly what I asked them to do. Easy fix, and a great experience. These guys will take care of you!
